John Fassero » Wall of Honor

A United States Navy Veteran, co-owner of the local Fassero Oil Co. and a committed family man, John has spent his entire life devoted to his community. John was a GHS leader in student government and on the football field. He then used those leadership skills at St. Louis University where he was among the top ten graduating seniors for outstanding service. Attaining rank of full Lieutenant, John was awarded several honors after completing 3 yours in Viet Nam. He then returned home and successfully operated Fassero Oil Co., worked and a salesman at Aladdin Steel and served as a volunteer for numerous local organizations. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Partnership for Educational Excellent providing GHS seniors an opportunity to pursue their college dreams.
