Some quick tips for parents and students dealing with login issues on new devices.
#1) Double check the email address and password that was sent to you, pay special attention to the password and the capitalization and make sure the Caps Lock is not on. Please note that a students password cannot be changed, it must remain as the original password assigned by the CUSD 7 Technology Department.
#2) Reboot the computer, in most cases a simple reboot will fix the issue. If you cannot get the device to reboot, press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, then power the device on again.
#3) Use the Office 365 Icon on the main page of the District Website for the Office 365 login. Office 365 and MS Teams is the same login.
